Damp Treatment

Damp proofing is more than just covering up a problem – it’s about stopping it at the source and making sure it doesn’t return. Our process begins with a full survey and written report, so you know exactly what needs to be done.

Once work starts, we carefully remove the affected area, inject a high-performance DPC cream to stop rising damp, and install a protective sheet of membrane. The wall is then re-rendered with either a Limelite or sand-cement backing coat twice, before being finished with breathable Limelite plaster.

Most jobs are completed in around 3–4 days, depending on the scale of work required at the property. The result is a clean, smooth and dry wall that’s protected for the long term and ready for redecoration.
